Top Quality Exterior Stucco Painting and Home Transformation in San Antonio, Texas
We recently had the opportunity to help Mr. Garcia and his wife completely transform and protect their beautiful home near the Bandera and Braun Road area in San Antonio, Texas, with a professional exterior stucco painting project.
Before starting the project, the exterior surfaces showed years of exposure to the Texas weather. The stucco had areas with mold, dirt, grime, and fading caused by the San Antonio heat and sun. The exterior paint had lost its original appearance, and the home was ready for a fresh new look along with long lasting protection.
A beautiful exterior paint job starts with the right preparation. Before applying any coatings, our team performed a professional soft wash cleaning process using low pressure and proper cleaning solutions. Unlike high pressure washing that is commonly used for hard surfaces like driveways and sidewalks, high pressure can potentially damage stucco surfaces.
Soft washing is a safer and more effective method for cleaning exterior stucco when there is not excessive peeling, chipping, or flaking paint. The cleaning solution helps remove dirt, mold, mildew, and contaminants from the surface and inside the pores of the stucco. Proper cleaning helps the primer and paint properly bond to the surface, creating a stronger and longer lasting finish.
Our detailed exterior painting preparation process included protecting all areas that were not being painted. We carefully covered windows, concrete areas, the wood deck, and surrounding surfaces to keep the property protected throughout the painting process.
We also inspected and caulked cracks and gaps throughout the exterior. Professional caulking does more than improve appearance. It helps seal openings that may allow insects to enter the home and helps prevent moisture from sitting inside cracks, which can contribute to wood rot and other costly damage over time.
This exterior painting project included:
• Stucco body of the home
• Wood surfaces
• Fascia and soffits
• Window trim
• Garage door
• Front door
• Exterior trim details
For the stucco surfaces, we used Sherwin Williams Loxon elastomeric coating. This premium coating is designed for masonry and stucco surfaces and provides excellent durability, flexibility, and protection against the harsh Texas weather.
The benefits of a professional exterior painting project include:
• Improving curb appeal and making your home look beautiful again
• Protecting stucco and wood surfaces from weather exposure
• Helping prevent moisture related damage
• Extending the life of exterior surfaces
• Refreshing faded paint caused by UV exposure
• Increasing pride of ownership and property value
As an extra thank you, we also pressure washed Mr. Garcia’s driveway, sidewalks, and curb at no additional cost. Unlike stucco, these harder concrete surfaces can safely handle higher pressure cleaning methods to remove built up dirt and stains.
To make the project simple and stress free, we also picked up the paint and materials at no additional cost, handled the preparation, painting, and completed a full cleanup after the project was finished.
Mr. Garcia and his wife loved the final transformation and were kind enough to leave San Antonio Pressure Washing and Painting a five star recommendation on Nextdoor and a five star Google review.
We truly appreciate homeowners like Mr. and Mrs. Garcia trusting us with their home. Our goal is to provide honest communication, detailed preparation, premium Sherwin Williams products, and professional painting services that deliver beautiful results.

Sherwin Williams Loxon PaintClient Review
Mr. Torres' team did an excellent job painting my stucco house in Camino Bandera subdivision. He and his team of painters are dedicated and honest. They were able to work around the time frame provided even with some rainy weather, which caused some delay. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their house painted. I've already received compliments from neighbors and family.
